Your OTP, transaction PIN and password are the keys to your SnappyPay account. Anyone who has them can take money from your wallet.
SnappyPay will never ask for them
SnappyPay staff will never ask you to share your OTP, PIN or password, by call, WhatsApp, email, social media or live chat. Anyone who asks is not from SnappyPay, even if they use our name or logo.
You will only enter an OTP inside the SnappyPay app or web app, when the app asks you to confirm an action such as signing in or verifying your account.
