How to pause, resume or cancel a scheduled payment

Manage your schedules, and what to do if you need to change one.

You can pause, resume or cancel any of your scheduled payments for airtime, data, electricity and cable TV.

Pause a schedule

  1. Open Scheduled Payments in the SnappyPay app or web app.

  2. Select the schedule.

  3. Tap Pause.

No payments are made while a schedule is paused.

Resume a schedule

  1. Open Scheduled Payments.

  2. Select the paused schedule.

  3. Tap Resume.

Payments continue from the next due date. Make sure your wallet is funded before then.

Cancel a schedule

  1. Open Scheduled Payments.

  2. Select the schedule.

  3. Tap Cancel and confirm.

A cancelled schedule cannot be restarted. Create a new one if you need it again.

Need to change a schedule?

Schedules cannot be edited. To change the amount, number, frequency or date, cancel the schedule and create a new one with the right details.
