Buy Data Offline lets you get data with a simple SMS, even when you have no internet.
Create your code
Go to Buy Data Offline and tap Create New Code.
Choose the network, plan type and data plan.
Enter the phone number that will send the SMS and receive the data. It can be yours or a loved one's.
Add a remark if you like, for example My mum.
Confirm with your transaction PIN.
Copy the code and the SMS number, and save both in your notes app.
Use your code
When you run out of data, send the code as an SMS from that phone number to the SMS number shown in the app.
Charges
You are not charged when you create the code.
Your wallet is charged each time you send the SMS, so keep it funded.
If a purchase fails after you are charged, the money is refunded to your wallet.
Your code is reusable and stays saved under Buy Data Offline, where you can view it, copy it, see how to use it or delete it.
Never share your PIN, OTP or password. SnappyPay staff will never ask for them.
