You fund your SnappyPay wallet by bank transfer to the account number shown in the app.
Steps
Log in to SnappyPay in the app or at app.snappypay.ng.
Tap Fund Wallet.
Copy the account number shown.
Open your bank app and send money to that account number.
Your wallet is credited once the transfer is confirmed.
Verified and unverified accounts
Verified users get permanent account numbers they can fund at any time, including a PalmPay account number.
Unverified users get a one-time account number that expires. Generate a new one each time you fund.
Before you send
Send from a bank account in your own name. Payments from someone else's account are not allowed.
Check that the account name shows Snappy Solutions in your bank app.
Money sent but not credited? See I sent money but my SnappyPay wallet was not credited.
Never share your PIN, OTP or password. SnappyPay staff will never ask for them.
