You can delete your SnappyPay account yourself, in the app or on the web at app.snappypay.ng.

Withdraw any money left in your wallet. Withdrawals need a verified account, and the minimum withdrawal is ₦2,000.

Make sure you have no pending transactions, Gift Card trades or withdrawals.

Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

Please note: Deleting your account is permanent. Your account, transaction history and any remaining wallet balance cannot be recovered.
